We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our growing team at Prophecy. Prophecy is a high-end cocktail bar and lounge located in the historic Rosewood Georgia Hotel. We are a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, a vibrant atmosphere, premium food and beverage offerings, and creating memorable moments through our engagement with our guests.
Prophecy has been recognised as the best new bar and the # 7 best bar in Canada in 2024 by Canada's Top 100, as well as the 53rd best bar in North America by 50 Best North America.
The right candidate will have:
- 5+ years of hospitality leadership experience
- Strong knowledge and interest in wine and cocktails
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working and leading in high-volume restaurant and bar environments
- Experience working in high-service standard concepts
