The Role
The General Manager is fully accountable for the day-to-day restaurant operation, team leadership, guest experience, and financial performance of Freds Sechelt. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence, operational discipline, and a clear understanding of how decisions impact labour, costs, and profitability.
This role is restaurant-only and works collaboratively with the hotel team where needed, while maintaining clear ownership of the restaurant’s performance.
